HELP!!!

I think my cat had worms because I saw these grain like things are his butt and his appetite is lower and Im freaking out that he has it and that i might have it too or one of my family members do and that my other cat will catch it. Idk wat to do!!!!!!!! Btw the other cat seems fine and without worms but idk if thats even possible or shes just good at hiding it. Please give some advice .
