I have an 11 year old Male cat that 2 weeks ago was diagnosed by the vet with stress. They gave him some meds and recommended a Feliway defuser to help relax him. He grew up mainly an alpha-male type but I've noticed over the past couple of years he has become more "afraid" of loud noises like thunderstorms, fireworks. Anyone else experience this stress with their cat and/or have suggestions? There is also another 11 year old Male cat in the house but he's fine and they get along just fine.
Edit: I should add that this all started because I noticed he was having problems urinating.
Last night for supper I ate a rotisery chicken, and I get up this morning and she is chewing on the rub cage from the chicken. Will she be ok or should I take her in. She dosent see to be in any pain or discomfort.
