I'm have to spend weeks away from home for work this summer. My friend watching him he know because she's at my house almost every day because I let her use my spare room for her business so I thought he would be ok since she's there all the time. I guess not. She eventually corralled him into the bathroom and got the litter changed.
Check out new video with funny cats
Two years ago I became the owner of an elderly senile cat. Recently my cat has been covering herself in her own drool. I heard about cats peeing on themselves because they find comfort in "their smell", but the drool thing is not something I've heard about. Quite frankly it's disgusting. The drool smells awful and I have to wash my hands thoroughly every time Im forced to pick her up. This drool stuff started a week ago. She's drenched in her own drool. I leave her alone for an hour and I come to her favorite resting spot and she's just drenched all over in the stuff. I've given her baths and I try to keep them relaxing for her but not running the water and petting her with a little towel, but it just stresses her out so bad that she starts biting her hair out. She's gone blind, senile, and very very very very vocal (according to the previous owners she's always been very vocal though) within the past few years. She used to very very cute and chubby, but now she's just gross.
Obviously I'm gonna have her put down and out of her misery, but I'm very curious why this drool stuff happened.
