Long Lost Cat Toy

So I'm on the search for a specific cat toy as I recently found out my girlfriend's cat had a favorite toy but it was lost years ago when she moved here. The only visual I have to go off of is the following video https://www.instagram.com/p/o7sbTzM0df/

It's a blue and yellow striped mouse with a yellow tail with a bell on it and has red ears. I know this is a long shot, but I was hopin maybe someone would know where I could buy one. I've tried searching for it, but I've had no luck.

Any help would be appreciated to bring her cat's favorite toy back again.

So my mother has two farm cats, a boy (Ash) and a girl (Cinder), siblings. They have never been separated and the Cinder is not fixed.

It's spring and the chance that Cinder is pregnant is high. What is the chance that Ash would be the father of her kittens? And if so what are the chances of birth defects in the kittens?
