Is Raid poisonous to cats? (EMERGENCY)

Hey guys not sure if this is the best place to ask but idk anywhere else (if you know a better subreddit, pls lmk) so here goes : My cat attacked our Raid fly trap we had hanging in the bathroom and it got stuck all up in his fur. We're working on cutting/washing out that fur, but he keeps licking himself and the sticky stuff. We're stopping him when we can but it's hard to hold him down and keep him from licking himself. Rn we're just holding him wrapped up in a towel so he can't get to himself. The Raid says on it keep away from pets and kids. I just don't know what we have to do from here and I've tried calling animal poison control but you have to pay at least $65 to just fucking talk to them and I'm the brokest bitch I know. Any advice would be great.

My kitty has a massive lump on his jawbone. It's hard and about the size of a golf ball. He was neutered two days ago so I figured the reason he was acting so sad/sick was because of the surgery but now he has me really worried. Has anyone experienced anything similar? Thanks
