Letting a rescue stray outside.
I adopted a former stray from the shelter little over 2 months ago, 1 year old Chartreux. At some point I would like to let him go outside but I'm not sure if it's safe. Never had a shelter cat so I worry he will go back to living on the street. How long should I wait?
