Is there anyway to help my two cats love each other?

Hey cat people,
Im happy coowner of great 2 siberian cats. Older one is female 3 yo (Atuin), when she was 1 year old we really didnt like how sad she was when we were not home and also started to gain a bit of weigh, so we got her little brother to feel like a kitten again, he (Morty) is now 2 yo.

They have same mother but different fathers and both are happy awesome cuddly fluffballs of love, but they dont really get along that well. I mean they tolerate each other like a roomates do, but Id really like them to be more at ease with each other and not behave like siblings at their teen years...

Morty is generally still very playful and we actually call him little terorist, because he is just constantly full of energy. Even after 30 minutes of active playtime, he is still going for more, and it is impossible to play with Atuin while he wants to play, and wants to play always and when they fight each other... it is ON

As Morty was smaller, he sometimes cuddle ambushed her while she was asleep and she even left him and cleaned him couple of times but it is not really happening anymore and I dont I ever seen him clean her off. She is just not into it and will leave almost immediately and he always have this look on his face like "why dont you love meeeee"... I think the issue is he got a much bigger recently they dont really fit in any spaces together and she doesn't like being sit on, I guess, also they both are very alfa cats first from they littler, with very very different personalities.

Atuin is mainly food and love motivated, she is always ready to eat meat and detest anything dairy, she is real Mojito cat (greeting quests, showing people affection, but also not so cuddly - HATE to sit on people - If you carry her in arms she is totally fine and you can do it as long as you can hold 10kg of cat, but no sitting on humans, we call her Countess sometimes because she is just a diva, she was not really happy when we brought the little punk, and she was SO mad at me - I spend first night with kitten, that it took her, I kid you not, 6 mo before she fully embraced cuddles from me again)

Morty is just endless ball of energy, even after castration he is unstoppable. He is hunt motivated and even if he is hungry and toy is in reach he would rather play than eat. He doesn't really eat any meat unless he is after huge playtime and even then he is like meh, but he will do anything for sour cream or bit of white yogurt. He is just at that age when his legs and torso got real long and he is getting used to not fitting in same spaces. He is super talkative, always purring immediately when he see his humans play/pet him. Super affectionate but only toward us not really so much to guests, but he is always with humans, and I mean last time I was alone in any room was 2015. But he can be also very demanding (just recently trained him not to wake us up before 6am) and I feel like he dont really respect Atuin, if he pushes him of with a paw he will just try to come at her from different angle...and if he wants some space for him, he will just attempt to sit on Atuin and she will get annoyed and leave.

Atu when she was small really was fearless she was not even scared of the vacuum, but since we brought Morty and introduced them (even though we did everything right as it is not my first cat companionship), she is getting scared of every noise and even bit faster movement, like me suddenly standing up from chair, will make her go to "I better glue myself to floor and get ready to run" scared mode.
I mean Morty is reckless little idiot that knock over boxes from wardrobe, constantly bump into furniture as he is running around drifting on the wooden floor, he is loud and unpredictable and she is getting scared of everything as a result ...

My biggest issue is that I cannot play with younger one without big sis getting upset for being ignored, but if I try to easy a bit of her energy, little brother jumps in and steal any toy Im trying to use and she jumps off scared whenever he is after her "prey"and refuses to continue to play.
For a while we had designated toys that we would stoped moving once the "wrong" cat started playing with, but eventually they just decided that they wont play with anything except "feather stick" and thats when trying to separating them for playtime ended... When Im trying to play with one, the other one is visibly sad, if I close the door and try to physically separate them, both of them starts to meow on one side of the door and want to be together...

TLDR;

Is there any way (food, training tricks) to get cats like each other more? They eat together, they have 3 littler boxes, they have they own food bowls, plenty of own spaces, scratch trees and all that jazz, but they are just not really into being friends with each other. What can we do to help them be better friends and enjoy each other company more?
I dont want them to be two old grumpy cats that will ignore each other eventually...

MY CATS ARE TRYING TO KILL EACH OTHER!!! Please help me!!!

So I've had both cats for several years and they've always been close and sweet to one another. They would play and cuddle and we never had any problems. My girl cat, Cleo, is 5 and recently was spayed. Since her procedure, she's been extremely violent and deadly towards my male cat, Charlie. They can't even be in the same room together without her legitimately trying to kill him. We had to pull them out of several fights before we decided we have no choice but to keep them apart. I mean when they fight, it's Mufasa and Scar level fighting. I'm terrified to even be around it. We try reintroducing them every day just to keep them familiar with each other but it always ends with those deep, throaty cat growls that indicate bad energy. We're trying to get her into a new vet but we have to wait for an appointment. Our friends are suggesting that her hormones are still adjusting after having been spayed recently, and she associates Charlie with trying to get to her girl parts, and she's just protecting herself. However, it's been going on for a few weeks now and her hormones don't seem to be altering. I'm very concerned because I don't want to have to keep my cats separate for the rest of their lives but I'm worried about their safety! I just want things back to normal. If ANYONE has ANY insight or tips or advice, please let me know!!! I am clueless and worried for my fur babies.
