How do I stop my cat from opening dresser drawers?
My cat has a habit of opening dresser drawers. I wouldn't mind, but in the process of opening the drawers he scratches the wood and paint.
When I am home I can keep him away with a spray bottle, by making a loud noise, or by distracting him, however I am looking for a method that deters him all together.
I have tried spraying the furniture with a lemon cleaning spray, which only works for a few hours. I have also tried covering the furniture with foil, but I do not want all my possessions covered in foil.
Any tips or advice?
