Looking for advice for my skinny 18 year old cat.
He has kidney disease and takes Budesonide for IBS. He has a good appetite, but will not gain weight. I'm feeding him high protein grain free wet food. I've tried many things including raw food, goats milk, and probiotics. He also has frequent diarrhea. Vet did not find any other health problems. Very worried about my sweet guy!
