My 14 year old rescue

Meet my (getting) old man, Smokey. Rescued in Champaign, IL back in 2005. I am a hobby photographer and took this picture of him on my couch when I upgraded my camera and decided to give him a glamour shot.
Regardless, this old man loves attention (I mean he craves it) but I hate seeing him age. He's slowly losing weight and started to develop weird rashes. The vet had us change his food and litter and that cleared up the rashes. How many of you have senior cats that are slowly losing weight? He's not skinny (yet), but is not the plump old cat he was over the years.
