Kitten has severe anxiety
We brought our little female kitten Lumi home about two months ago (she was 10 weeks old) and she was understandable incredibly scared. After about a month of gradual introduction, my older cat and she get along great, except that she is absolutely petrified of us and everything around her. She's been with us a little over two months, she sees us all the time, hangs out outside our door in the mornings, wanders around the kitchen when I cook but if she knows I see her, she hides. I've tried playing with her, giving her treats. She eats a lot of food for a kitten her size but seems to have some issues like she never uses the litter box and seems to go everywhere else instead (mostly on top of the litter box when the handle slot is). This makes me wonder if she has anxiety or some other behavioral issue.
