My older cat hates my kitten (help)
So awhile back in the summer a black kitten showed up in my yard. No one seemed to know why. We think she was dumped there. I eventually brought it into the house and took it to the vet to make sure she was all right. Everything was good. But my older cat didn't like the younger one at first, which I assumed it was normal. After awhile though my older cat (who's a girl too) seemed like she liked the kitten. They would play together, cuddle, and the older one even let her try to nurse. But then when my kitten went into heat for the first time my older cat started growling and hissing at her. That was about four weeks ago. She still does it now too. I don't know what's going on. The older cat used to be so sweet to her.
